Best Kept Secrets: Effective & Efficient Vendor Relationships

Third-party vendor evaluation and management remains a top priority for most decision makers and digital managers. Technologies have added to the pressure of enhancing and improving vendor management skills, be it in terms of negotiation, procurement, evaluation or prescribing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Effective vendor management offers a holistic view of an organization’s vendors allowing the organization to ensure that their outside vendors deliver high quality service and value. During this workshop, we will get an insider's view and learn best practices from a skilled professional who has sat on both sides of the table.

What Will You Learn?

  • Key strategies for selecting a software vendor based on your organization’s needs and technical requirements
  • How to successfully collaborate with third-party vendors and partners after becoming a client
  • Determining accountability for the overall success of the relationship
  • How to evaluate the circumstances for terminating the relationship
